Wandered the showroom a bit and not a single salesperson said hello or even made eye contact which doesn't make me feel like they have a friendly staff in there and, despite being impressed with the service dept I would likely never go there to purchase my next vehicle... I would easily recommend Joan from the service dept. She was great... the others at the service desks could also use a customer service basics training... the guys handling the cars were the opposite: make eye contact, say hello or ask if help is needed when applicable... they were great. I felt comfortable leaving my car (which means the world to me lol it's my baby) and would do it again ...but for the other service reps and sales guys that all seemed to feel too important to be human to clients, potential or otherwise is a huge turn-off. Other than that was a good experience. More
