Expensive and slow I have taken my Fiat 500L here for service a few times -- it is quite a distance from my home, but it is one of the few Fiat service centers in the ar I have taken my Fiat 500L here for service a few times -- it is quite a distance from my home, but it is one of the few Fiat service centers in the area, aside from Manhattan (which I tend to stay away from). I brought my car in Friday, August 30 for 43K mile service and a tire rotation. I called two weeks prior to make my appointment. I brought the car in 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment -- and waited....and waited. Granted, it was the Friday before a holiday weekend, but it really doesn't matter; every time I have brought my car there it involves a wait of at least 4 hours. Three and a half hours later, my service advisor said they discovered that both the front and rear brakes needed replacing as well as my tires. I gave the green light for the brake service. 2.5 hours and $1500 later, my car was done. When driving home, I noticed a thumping noise every time I applied the brake - regardless of the pressure. I thought that this was probably something that would diminish with time, as they had test driven the car, and surely they must have experienced that. Went away for the weekend and noticed the thumping came and went - there was no pulling or lack of stopping power, so I thought it would be OK. Flash forward to today - Wednesday, September 4 -- less than a week after bringing the car in for service. Not only was the thumping consistent and louder, the check engine light came on. To add insult to injury, when I called to schedule a time to bring the car back, no one really made an effort to understand or rectify my problem. I said I couldn't afford to spend another six hours waiting for the car to be serviced and asked for a loaner, I was told no loaners were available another three weeks, and could I wait that long? Really? How did all this escape the mechanic who I was told by the service advisor "was really thorough?" Needless to say I will not be returning, and actually will probably affect my next car choice, as I will not work with a dealership who can't be bothered to lift a finger to make things right. More

Great atmosphere to buy a car! I'm not a big fan of dealerships and buying a car. But I must admit that buying my new Stelvio was painless at this dealership.
