Excellent care and informative of the progress of vehicle They took excellent care with my vehicle, they would call on a daily basis to update me on the vehicles progress. No hassle with the loaner vehicle or They took excellent care with my vehicle, they would call on a daily basis to update me on the vehicles progress. No hassle with the loaner vehicle or the paperwork. All of my concerns with the vehicle were addressed. They dont make you wait long periods of time to pick up the vehicle or drop it off, they get you in and out the door as fast as possible, which is great. Overall great service department. More

Stelvio/Lease Was interested in leasing a Nero edition Stelvio. Test drove one that I liked(with Erik), but I waited too long to make a decision and it was sold. Th Was interested in leasing a Nero edition Stelvio. Test drove one that I liked(with Erik), but I waited too long to make a decision and it was sold. The dealership offered to lease me a similar Stelvio and would paint the rims black to mirror the Nero edition. Initially, Erik and the General Manager suggested they could locate the Nero edition at other dealerships and would do a swap(over the phone). Once at the dealership, the manager stated there was no Nero editions available within a 200 mile radius and to order one would be a 4 month wait; the manager LIED!! I called and searched several dealerships(Manhattan, Long Island & Larchmont). The Nero edition in White was available at 2 out of the 3. This dealership is dishonest and they don't deserve my business and those of my colleagues/friends/perceptive buyers. I ended up purchasing the exact Nero edition I wanted..... More
