got my car, Alfa Giulia 2019 Base, from this dealership May 2019. Though ,initially, selling team was friendly, after purchase experience is sad, negative. Please, think few times before you purchase there. The car I was sold went to the repair shop two months later and was in different shops already for (8) eight times. Why different? It is impossible to make appointment as probably there are no enough tech or too many cars need repairs. The car has multiple computer problems, weak battery which failed, glitches with starting and most annoyingly shaky drive and loud brake squealing which nobody was able to take care of. This brand makes you depressed because it has so many problems. This car is Chrysler 200 inside, it is not European Giulia, it is different. Dealership does not provide loaners. You are on your own. To make appointment takes hours on the phone and wait is about 2-3 weeks. They will tell you they do have loaners, don't believe. After month wait in line for appointment with a loaner you may get Jeep or old Fiat. Fiat is doing bad currently and mainly because of poor customer service, horrifying technical support and inadequate customer support. Calling so-called Alfa customer service will not get you any help, it may actually get worse. In my case I was lectured that squealing brakes and screeching wheels and shaky drive is the way this car is. I tried to go to dealership and was advised to go through lemon law or pay car off and get rid of it if I am dissatisfied. Dealership manager gave me another lecture "so I would understand that all high performing cars has problems and squealing brakes is a type of design". Car repairs are done by Chrysler. Receptionist is rude and irritated at all times and she does not want to help you. I have to admit that people there , at repair shop, are apologetic, understanding and admit that car is unreliable and they have flood of complaints, basically experiencing an exuberant amount of customers bringing this car for repair. Communicating and talking to Alfa Premium Care may at times leave you psychologically damaged as they act totally in non-American spirit. It is really sad experience to owe this car . I would try to look for another brand and definitely for more professional dealership. If anybody who reads his wants to contact me, you are more than welcome.
