STAY AWAY Where to begin? I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from this dealership. (Apparently certified pre owned means nothing to them). The vehicle wa Where to begin? I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from this dealership. (Apparently certified pre owned means nothing to them). The vehicle was sold with a major transmission issue. The dealership was aware of this problem during the sale. When the time came to bring the vehicle in to service I wasted 4 hours of my time and an entire day worth of lost wages. I was told by the service writer that the "certified" technicians (I must use technicians loosely) were unable to identify the problem. I was told to schedule second appointment to have it looked at further. The time came to bring the vehicle back for a second time. This time I requested I test drive the vehicle with a qualified technician. With in the first 3 minutes of driving the vehicle the technician identified the problem. The technician then told me "I don't know how they didn't find this problem the first time you were here. That tells me that didn't do s#it." I was grateful for this technicians blatantly upfront remark as it validates that this dealership is full if incompetent employees. I was asked to leave the vehicle so the problem can be fixed. I was then given a "courtesy vehicle". I suppose this dealership definition of courtesy is wasting more of a first time customers time. I was advised this was the only vehicle available. The vehicle was filthy inside and out, smelled horrible (to the point where I could not use the heat or air conditioning because it smelt like a barn) the vehicle was also unsafe! (Figures). The vehicle drove terribly and was all over the road, the brakes barely worked, the handling was horrible, and the horn barely functioned. (A shower was needed after sitting in this vehicle). After a few days of driving the vehicle I had to waste yet a third day of lost wages bringing the "courtesy vehicle" back in for a replacement. I have been attempting to speak with the service manager for 4 days. I have yet to speak with them. When attempting to get into contact the incompetent employees place you on hold and transfer you to someone who is in no position to help correcting this problem. I was told I would be receiving a call from this so called service manager multiple times. (surprise, I havent gotten a single call). I would love to see what this dealership can do to rectify this situation and make things right in order to keep a relationship with a first time customer. Maybe I didn't spend enough money for them to care. This dealership is only in the business of wasting their customers time. I would never recommend buying a vehicle or having anything serviced at this dealership. Use this as a fair warning. Stay away!!!! More
