I could not be happier! I made an online inquiry to Ramsey Jeep in the midst of what felt like an impossible car situation. I explained my situation to her (I was very disappointed with a recently purchased car from a different dealership), and she basically asked if I could come in because she thought Ramsey could work with me within the parameters I had described. When I arrived, Steve was the salesman who worked with me. We discussed a variety of options with the pros and cons and narrowed down the jeeps. That night I left smiling ear to ear with a new leftover 2018 Compass. Steve made the car buying process clear. He never hid the cost of the car through monthly payment numbers. I knew what I was purchasing and felt like I got a really fair deal. I went home that night in a brand new Jeep with confidence I had made the right decision. I am still beaming every time I step into my new Compass! I highly recommend this dealership. More

Had service done on ram 1500 Call during the week for a Saturday appointment and they a had a morning appointment available. Went in for and oil change and had other things done to the truck, like new filter inside and out because of the mileages. Also needed an alignment didn’t expect that had it done while I was there tires are more expensive if they where down uneven. Overall happy with the service women who took care of me. More

Once the deal was set, Trevor in finance went over all warranty/protection options and made sure we understood everything. After that was done, Mike took the time to take care of our insurance switchover. There are always so many moving parts when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, but at Ramsey, there is always someone to help with each of those parts. Expecting The Worst, Pleasantly Surprised I hate shopping for new cars, especially at a dealer I have never been to. Before doing so I did my research like every car fanatic does but also did my homework to find a sales agent I had a shot to have a good experience with. I was not out to bankrupt the dealer on the purchase but wanted a fair deal and no pressure. My research led me to Ramsey Jeep Chrysler Dodge, specifically to see Andy Driscoll. Well, as many of his rating state he is an awesome guy and a great sales person, I was not disappointed. After many questions, looking at every Jeep and a test drive during the week he was very accommodating to have specific jeeps at the dealer so I could see them all side by side the following weekend. I told him my daughter would be coming to pick out the Jeep for me, he was ready and awaiting our arrival. There was no pressure and we ended up agreeing on a fair price. I have been back since the purchase for questions about the vehicle, he is genuinely glad not only to help with whatever I need but to see me and ask about how I am enjoying the new Jeep. He has also texted several times to check in just to make sure everything is going ok. I could not have been happier or ended up with a better person to support the purchase of my first Jeep. Sold me certified preowned that wasn’t checked over! Purchased certified pre owned truck from them. Vehicle had ripped wipers, moisture in headlight, alignment was off , a shake at 75 mph and to top it o Purchased certified pre owned truck from them. He was your typical type of “predator” of a salesman. I visited the dealership this week. When we arrived Aleksey was right there at the door, panting and salivating almost. So much so even as we walked from our car to the door my husband and I felt like we were about to be eaten. From the beginning I said we are now beginning to shop around for my upcoming birthday in May and I want a Jeep Wrangler this is our first stop and I’m not making any decisions tonight just so we are clear. I could not have been more clear unless the person I was speaking to was mute. After that, we test drove a vehicle then went to sit at his desk while he produced some numbers. When he came back we began questioning the numbers and Aleksey then commented very condescendingly, well you aren’t buying tonight so you don’t seem serious. Well that was it, we were insulted and the conversation was over. Worst experience shopping for my birthday gift. I will get a soft top Jeep but not form this dealership. I dare to say the color of our skin had everything to do with our unfortunate experience here...... More
