Romeo in sales was very friendly, down-to-earth, attentive, genuinely interested in what I was looking for, and was not pushy with up-sells on the car itself or its’ features. He took the time to understand what I wanted and needed in a vehicle, no more, no less. He was also very thorough in showing me what all of my options were to best suit my individual needs. Monty in finance made the process smooth and seamless. I picked the busiest time of year to buy a new car, but the staff made it a great experience and never made me feel as if they were trying to rush a sale or get me to jump at something just because they were so busy. I would recommend Ramsey Jeep to any of my family and friends, and would most certainly recommend using Romeo as a salesperson for a tremendous buying experience. More
