I first went into Ramsey without my husband just to look around. I met with James Turner and instantly felt at ease. No pushy sales antics, just a real genuine experience with a real genuine guy. I was so impressed with how he didn’t pressure me into anything that I brought my husband back to Ramsey two days later to meet Mr. Turner and in less than 3 hours, we traded in one vehicle and left with two new vehicles. Mr. Turner went above and beyond to answer all of our questions (and there were a lot). I cannot say enough about what a refreshing experience I had at Ramsey. Also a big thanks to Jesse in finance for taking care of all of our needs so quickly. I never thought we would be leaving the lot with two new cars that evening. You two truly surprised us with your friendliness and efficiency. If you are looking to deal with real people, I would highly recommend Ramsey. Thanks guys for everything! More

Brought my Wrangler in for a no heat issue---Was a warranty issue,but I was handled like family.... They made me feel so comfortable that I did not worry about a thing... Brought my car here for service. They took 5 days to diagnose it. Out of the 5 days, they called me twice, I called them 4 times for updates and all they could tell me was that they were busy. I had an amazing sales person! The dealership itself left a bad taste in my mouth as I was offered a deal they could not comply with. If you purchase from this dealership make sure you have every thing you need and want before signing contract. If they offer leather seats please know that these are leather slip covers and not actual factory installed leather seats. Purchased Lattitude with an offering of leather seats (as Lattitudes only come with cloth seats) in November 2013 and now it is January 10th and I am still dealing with this issue and waiting for a replacement vehicle with leather seats.
