i bought a 2012 wrangler unlimited/sahara. have found dealership extremly helpful and pleasant. they went out of their way to find me what i wanted fr. another dealer. the windshield had a defect in it a dealership extremly helpful and pleasant. they went out of their way to find me what i wanted fr. another dealer. the windshield had a defect in it and it was replaced without question. also i found rick and james very patient and informative when i returned with questions re: features and their use. only complaint is that i would have liked more for my trade-in. james had many different people look at my trade-in trying to get me more. unfortunitely it was not possible to get more. I went to Ramsey Jeep because I live near the dealership and had purchased from them in the past. I could not have had a better experience. I had spent over an hour in another Jeep dealship only to have the and had purchased from them in the past. I could not have had a better experience. I had spent over an hour in another Jeep dealship only to have the manager walk away from the deal we were working on over $10 per month on a 2011 Grand Cherokee. I left that other dealership and came to Ramsey. I should have saved myself the time and come to Ramsey first. Not only was Ramsey Jeep professional and coureous, but they not only beat the price of the other dealership by $5 a month, but they did it on a 2012 Jeep instead of a 2011!! I have already recommended them to Family members. More

It is without question the finest and friendliest dealership I have ever dealt with: Jeep and its personnel continue to more than satisfy our needs. It is without question the finest and friendliest dealership I have ever dealt with: would we have bought 4 vehicles from them were it not? Kudos to the entire staff and management, but especially to Mike in Finance and young Ryan who are simply superb people; they make me and my wife feel special and at home each time we visit. Both are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and intent upon satisfying me and my family - I must add quite respectful as well. I've seen them interacting with other customers and they demonstrate those same qualitities no matter who walks thru the door. Also, they work very diligently to ensure we obtain what we want with the optimal of financing/payment arrangements. The entire dealership staff, both sales and service, deserves commendation for amiableness, courtesy, abilities, meeting commitments, and follow-up after each visit. Plainly said, we are very happy to have Ramsey Jeep and its people nearby to help, serve, and satisfy. We went to this dealer to buy a new Fiat 500 and ended up not only loving the car, but also the deal and the experience! We have dealt with other dealers in the past, but even though we had good and bad exp not only loving the car, but also the deal and the experience! Don't expect any special service from sales and certaily no special rate from the Service dept after dropping $28,000 on a new vehicle. You get excatly what the internet will tell you the deals are. Be very careful adding extras such as towing hitch. For instance when quoted a price ($637)ensure it includes all the components other wise you will be in for a big surprise when you are charged $226 labor for a 1 hour installation and job and find you still need to buy additional components ($100)before actully being able tow anything. Very disappointing. More

I had originally stopped in to look at a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and was helped by Vick who was very polite and spent as much time as I needed with me. I later sent in a request through the internet and James Turner, the internet manager contacted me. He answered all of my many answers and when it came to buying the car, it was a very comfortable experience with low pressure! Even when I talked to the Finance Manager, he was very friendly and clear with my purchase options. I was in and out in no time and James was very thorough explaining everything in the Jeep. Very satisfied with this dealership! More

Instead of trying to find the vehicle I wanted, they wasted my time trying to convince me to take something else. Another dealer nearby found the exact vehicle I wanted, at a monthly lease rate $67 a mo wasted my time trying to convince me to take something else. Another dealer nearby found the exact vehicle I wanted, at a monthly lease rate $67 a month LESS than these guys were offering on a Jeep I didn't even want! Horrible customer service. Zero follow-up. Curt receptionist. The dealership itself looks like it's ready to go out of business any day. Everytime I've gone in there (at least 4 times), it's just a bunch of guys standing around at the front desk eating popcorn, cake, or some other daily treat. Not much else going on. More

3rd Chrysler, first with this dealership. very easy transaction. Salesman James Turner was great to deal with.
