Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge

I brought my car in for a fuel pump recall and needed another key fob to be programmed. I had brought the car in a month before that for key reprogramming and for some reason the dealership only made me another key fob to be programmed. I had brought the car in a month before that for key reprogramming and for some reason the dealership only made me one key. After waiting all day for a call back I finally got the car back. In addition to the inconvenience of returning to the dealership for a second time the second key cost me almost $400 !! Totally ridiculous !! More

My most recent visit was with my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee that Jim helped c years and have had 3 vehicles serviced by Jim and the service department. My most recent visit was with my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee that Jim helped coordinate a transmission service and complete 4WD service. It was done the same day. The work was top notch.
