Miserable experience. First, I called well in advance and told them I was calling about one specific vehicle. I explained I was driving pretty far to go see it, and just wanted confirmation it was still and told them I was calling about one specific vehicle. I explained I was driving pretty far to go see it, and just wanted confirmation it was still on the lot. They wouldn't tell me. Then I made an appointment to go see it later in the day. When I arrived, it was about an hour until I saw the car because they actually had it at some storage lot. This meant I had to go get in a random car with the salesman (against COVID protocols) and drive to the other lot. The car was blocked in by other vehicles so I couldn't test drive it. Later, the salesman and manager were confrontational when I told them I had a better offer from another dealership. They basically called me a liar and asked for proof, which I had. Then they wanted to look through my phone. It was honestly weird. I absolutely would have gone elsewhere, expect my lease was expiring and they were the only dealership that had the exact model I wanted. Next, a few days after purchase, they called to tell me I had to drive all the way back out there because they had made some typos on my contract, so they needed me to sign again. It seemed very shady. Now, My agreement with them included DMV fees and everything else within my down payment. Now they just called to tell me my plates are in...and I owe an extra $25 because the vehicle weighed more than expected for the plates or something like that. Classic shady salesmanship. I absolutely will never go to this dealership again. More

I was pleasantly greeted by Jim when I arrived. He inquired about my reason for bringing in my vehicle for service and assisted me with registering for service. I was also given discounts on the finally price for what was done on my vehicle. The reason I did not give five stars is because I had an appointment for 9 am but my vehicle was not done until around 5pm and there was no shuttle service for me to use so I ended up paying for Uber to and from my job to drop off and pick up the vehicle.
