Not happy with the service department at all. I had an issue with the tires from the first day I picked up my new jeep. Had to bring back to the service department 3 times for the same problem. I brought issue with the tires from the first day I picked up my new jeep. Had to bring back to the service department 3 times for the same problem. I brought it somewhere else to finish the repair correctly. The second time I brought it in for was to replace some broken pieces on the outside of the truck and while I waited for 6 weeks for the parts to come in another problem had occurred from moister getting into the door while I was waiting for the parts to come in. I had mentioned the damp smell I was getting in the truck everyday and they said it was the cabin air filter causing it, which is not the problem because I replaced it myself and I still have the same damp smell in the vehicle. Now I have to bring it to another dealer because all I ever had from this service department is a problem and will never bring it back there again. More
