The insurance issue is simply a legal one regarding FCA loaners and certain insurance companies. Chris A just called me to ask me why it was there. Obviously the communication there is not very good. He was amazing though and was the first one to act like they really cared about the situation. He told me he wanted them to look at it today and not wait until tomorrow. Took a week and a half but it’s nice to have finally got someone who would treat me with respect and not put sassy inappropriate comments under my person Facebook page making excuses as to why nothing was being addressed for over a week when the truck was not even able to be driven. Thanks for your response.
