For some reason I could not update my old review. After having such a great experience buying my truck the after math of it was a nightmare. They basically sold me a lemon that’s not driveable. Couldn’t get a service appointment couldn’t get a loaner because they don’t like the insurance I have? I’ve never heard of such a thing in my life. I was trying to get it handled before it became undriveable but here I am now with a brand new car sitting in my parking lot asking everyone else for rides to work. I could go on forever but as a brand new customer I should have been accommodated completely different. I’m very disappointed this happened. I wouldn’t ever lease from them again. More

I had an appointment to get a bedliner and tonnou cover installed on my 2021 Ram 1500. The appointment was made for 8:00 AM Tuesday, 17 November. It would have really been nice if someone had notified me regarding this situation. The time I spent to make the trip and then just have to turn around and go back home again was a waste. I rated Dani at 5 stars. She was outstanding! Can't yet rate anyone in service as I don't yet have any experience with them. But I will say that I'm not happy about not being notified that your waiting area was closed., especially since I stated that I would wait when I made the appointment. More

Joan was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately kept my car for over a week but were unable to give me a loaner vehicle. Also the repair I needed done was for a new power steering pump system whic kept my car for over a week but were unable to give me a loaner vehicle. Also the repair I needed done was for a new power steering pump system which I had replaced only three years earlier through another jeep dealership. I find it sad that they only warrantee those parts for a mere two years. And when I had it fixed last time it cost me $600. This time over $1400. For that price it better last for another 150K miles. I was a bit disappointed that even though they mentioned there were several other leaks they couldn't tell me what those issues were. I understand they were extremely busy, however, some other repair places will at least let you know of other issues of concern and give you an estimate on those but when I asked what the leaks were they couldn't give me any additional information and said they only concentrated on the problem I specifically brought the car in for and couldn't even has so much tell me where those other leaks were coming from. Basically I would've had to of made another appointment for my vehicle to have them do an over view to find out what the other issues were. so for that I took one star off for customer service because they just want to get you in and out of there and get to the next customer's car repair. I will say though that I do appreciate them taking the additional steps during Covid to cover the steering wheel, seats and stick shift and any other areas the tech would be touching inside my car. Even when they went to retrieve my car for me the gentleman was wearing rubber gloves and a mask for extra precaution. More
