Waited three weeks for an oil change appointment. Had a 10 o’clock appointment for a roughly 1/2 hour oil change. Went for a 1.5 hour walk only to come back and find out it hadn’t been started yet. At that 10 o’clock appointment for a roughly 1/2 hour oil change. Went for a 1.5 hour walk only to come back and find out it hadn’t been started yet. At that time I was told it was in and would be done shortly. I walked around the building, found the car which was NOT in yet. After another half hour waiting, I took my keys and left with no service done. It was a waste of three weeks and two hours to get nothing done boy to mention being lied to about the status. I will never return and hope this helps other people avoid Ramsey Jeep as well. More

Poor phone customer service, short on details when trying to set up appointments or provide details on service. Serviced car wasn’t fixed properly. Patched tire was flat two days after service. Brought car back second time, didn’t look at car day of second appointment, no phone call providing update that service would be following day. Looking like 3 days of catering my schedule to if/when service team can get to it. Would think, after not fixing properly first time around team would prioritize issue. Definitely not the case! Wouldn’t bring my car back after a few horrible service experiences. Final straw More
