They didn't seem at all uneasy with a woman asking about a performance car. Alex looked at my trade then showed me the car that I had found on-line. Dropped Jeep off on Thursday for scheduled apt. Called Saturday for update, was told the car won’t be seen until atleast Monday. I live out of state so my car never got looked at. We brought the car in for service for lube and oil filter change and was told after the service that our courtesy oil changes had expired in May 2020. During the pandemic and they were not honoring them. The service department told me that I would have to call corporate and gave me a 800 number which did not result in as little as a call back. Very disappointed in service here. I shared w the local dealership that this was the second car we bought from them and when I shop for cars I don’t call corporate. I was hoping that the service department would extend the oil change expiration date which occurred during the early time frame of the pandemic. Ughh More
Watch out If your car is out of warranty, they will propose work that doesn’t need to be done. When I asked why they said we needed a full brake job considering one had been done only two months prior, propose work that doesn’t need to be done. Zero Stars - RUN DON’T WALK TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!! Worst costumer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. Their communications are absolutely horrendous. I purchased pre-owned truck from Worst costumer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. Their communications are absolutely horrendous. I purchased pre-owned truck from Ramsey Dodge back on May 7, 2020; so understandably due to coronavirus there would be delay in getting title and registration through Motor Vehicle Commission. So, I waited until first week of August to reach out to check on progress of registration. During August and September I called, emailed, chatted online and responded to texts I received from Ramsey staff multiple times. At various times they said they would check, someone would get back to me and confirmed a ‘good’ phone number to contact me. Nothing. Finally on September 24, 2020, upon calling them again, I was told it’s here. So I asked them to mail the registration to me. I was told they don’t like to do that; I needed to pick it up. Maybe they are not aware, but Motor Vehicle Commissions mail registrations and driver’s licenses everyday. So on September 25, 2020, I went to the dealership to get registration. Upon being given registration, I checked date code for when it was processed by NJ MVC; I found it was processed on July 13, 2020. Also in envelope was a check from dealership with refund for an overpayment of registration fees, the check was dated July 14, 2020. When asked why no one at dealership could pick up a phone, call, text, email me and let me know registration has been there since middle of July. The sales person asked how I knew it had been here that long. I showed her date code on registration and maybe she should have noticed date on check. She said she would let them know. Whoever them is? I’m still waiting for them to respond to me about problem from when I purchased truck. That appears to be their way of dealing with things, just stop responding to you after they get the sale. UNSATISFIED COSTUMER. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!! Since I have sent emails to general sales, used car sales and Internet sales managers in the past without any responses, that’s useless; I have decided to use a more public forum. More
