The service person called and got the approval to change my oil, but refused to do tire rotation cause it was late, service hours shown on the website for Monday is 7:30am to 7:00pm. I am on the market for a new wrangler, I think I will not be looking into buying from Ramsey Jeep. More

The car is making a taping sound which feels like something loose in starring. They replaced sway bar links. That did not fix the rattle. Will be taking it back. Beyond disappointed with the scam this service department has. Paid over 300$ to have my car diagnosed and was told it was over 3k in repairs. Knowinf something didn't sound right, plus if it was a big uncov has. Paid over 300$ to have my car diagnosed and was told it was over 3k in repairs.
