Disappointing Service Appointment I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was planning on waiting for the car, and was told it would take about an 1-1.5 hrs. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was planning on waiting for the car, and was told it would take about an 1-1.5 hrs. unfortunately it took 3 hrs & 10 min. During the long wait time there was no place to sit except outside in the sun. The indoor waiting room was closed due to COVID, but no shade was provided outside at all. Spending hours outside in the sun was grueling. When I brought in the car a front tire was low on air. After the service, although they rotated the tires they never checked the air pressure. The low tire was on the rear. I ended up stopping at a gas station to have it taken care of. The service agent (Joan Murphy) was very nice, and did what she could to help. Obviously this was out of her control. Will probably not go back. More

Do not do business here It's been 5 months since finance manager Monty Butler promised to send a refund check, but I still have not received it. It's some sort of game with It's been 5 months since finance manager Monty Butler promised to send a refund check, but I still have not received it. It's some sort of game with them, when I call I get bounced from one person to another. All have a different excuse why I haven't received my refund. I purchased a jeep with an extended warranty, and when I sold the vehicle there was a refund due of approximately $1000 on the extended warranty. The insurance company that issued the warranty said the refund has to come from the dealer. Bottom line; do not do business with this dealership... if you do, do not get in a position where they owe you money. You will never see it. More
