I am SO happy with my service. I had a horrible experience at Paramus, I called Ramsey from the parking lot. On short staff, they took me immediately. Not only did they do what I needed (oil change which Paramus said they don’t do...what place doesn’t do Stand-alone oil changes!?) then Chris looked in the computer and said j had free oil changes and tire rotations. Something Paramus scammed me on and failed to tell me. I’ll solely be going to Ramsey from now on. I should have trusted my instincts from the beginning and not went to Paramus out of convenience alone. More
