The customer receipt and warranty paperwork did not mention pulling a wire to fix the issue, yet work was performed without permission and initially not documented. I had to request that the service records be updated to accurately reflect what was done. After requesting that the invoice be updated, my email address was changed to an incorrect one. I was also treated as if I were being done a favor by not being charged for a battery charge, despite the issue being under warranty and the battery being less than seven months old. I requested the mechanic’s notes three times and was told they could not be provided. I also called the service manager multiple times, and none of my calls were returned. Had to go through the GM to get a call back service manager. The car has been run 2000 miles and issue still remains. Corporate has no bulletins on this “fix” with pulling a wire. Dealership Clearly is taking a guess and making up their own fix rather than replacing what the issue is. This is my 3rd qx80 bought from this dealer and before that it was the smaller suv. 4 cars bought and I have to take this one to a new dealer 40min away now to have serviced because Ramsey is unprofessional. Today we were promised a pickup and a loaner. Again no driver. About 2 weeks ago same situation except Ivan came and picked up car. Next day we were going to pickup the car and they did not have the correct part. Three times now they did not order the correct part or have the right part. Left message for GM no call back. More

Terrible experience with their finance manager Deokie Vargas. She was rude and unprofessional. I reached out to to her about an inspection sticker that was not placed on my car after buying it new. I reached out to general manager Kevin Gilbertson and he ignored me completely. Not even a call back. Would never buy from here again. Once you buy the car they don't care! More
