AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!! I sent an email to the Ramsey’s dealer with no expectations. I wasn’t really ready to purchased a vehicle, especially not a high end vehicle. I the I sent an email to the Ramsey’s dealer with no expectations. I wasn’t really ready to purchased a vehicle, especially not a high end vehicle. I then received a text back from Samantha. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. And whatever she wasn’t too sure of she made it a priority to get back to me almost immediately. We eventually spoke on the phone. Samantha and I spoke about the infinity QX80 but more than that we spoke about family...more like My family. I expressed my desire to purchase the QX80 but I was also reluctant due to unforeseen events that happened days prior. You see, my daughter was going to college and the volume of applicants to the college she selected was very high. In order to secure her registration I needed to updo the other applicants by paying a large portion of her tuition upfront. I knew many of the other student were waiting for tuition assistance and by paying a large portion of the tuition upfront I was able to secure my daughters spot for 2018/2019 semester. I spoke to Samantha and told her about my dilemma. But Samantha wanted me to have the truck. She went back-and-forth, SEVERAL TIMES, to her “GM” and secured a payment and deposit that I was able to afford. She treated me like a friend. We spoke to each other in that same way. When I picked up the vehicle Samantha greeted us, my wife and I, with a warm welcome. The first person I met when I arrived at the dealer was Maged. He went over the paperwork with me and then went over the vehicle with my wife and I. He went over every inch of the vehicle explaining all its features. He even offered to schedule my first vehicle maintenance. I then met with Enrique, the finance officer. Enrique went over all the paperwork and took his time to explain every form he presented to us that required a signature. I normally don’t purchase other warrantees outside the vehicles warrantees because the finance manager always sounds like he’s just trying upsale me to something that is not really necessary. But Enrique explained it once and then left it alone. After the paperwork was finished I asked Enrique if I could still purchased the warranty he presented earlier. Without making a face, or without skipping a beat, Enrique stated that it wasn’t problem and re-did the paperwork including the warranty. My experience at Ramsey Infinity was a pleasant one. The bulk of everything that needed to be done for the purchase was done via e-mail. I spent an average of 40-45 minutes from the time I walked into the dealer to when I drove away in my brand new BEAUTIFUL INFINITY QX80!!! I want to thank the 3 individuals that made it all possible. Samantha, Samantha’s GM, Enrique and Maged. A special thanks to Samantha!!! I will definitely recommend Ramsey to my friends, family and co-workers. Thank you!!!! More
