Updated Review/Tom and Sue Daulton 04/11/18 - NIGHTMARE This experience has gone from Feel Good to TOTAL NIGHTMARE for 3 months and counting. We turned in our leased car to @RamseyInfiniti when we bought our new one. Salesman Darius Bagan (Gone? He’s no longer on the website.) and Finance Manager Ty Caldwell assured us that the final two payments of the lease would be waived, as had happened each of the 5 times prior. Infiniti Financial Services sent a bill two weeks later for $1300; two lease payments plus penalties and fees. Darius promised to fix it; nothing happened. Ty doesn’t return phone calls. Email to General Manager Khalid Salem got a response admitting fault by the dealership and promising to fight the charges. We've heard nothing else. Infiniti Financial insists this is a dealership issue and will not discuss it any further, demanding immediate payment. A Collection Agency Notice arrived. Harassing Phone Calls came along with it. Every. Single. Day. We send a copy of the notice to Khalid Salem who hasn’t bothered to respond. We disputed it with the collection agency in writing. They sent it to Infiniti Financial who still insists we pay for a car we don’t have, and haven’t had for over 3 months, and now our credit rating is in jeopardy. Since Ramsey Infiniti already sold the car, they’re now trying to charge two customers for the same vehicle. Isn’t that considered fraud? Do all of the Ramsey Auto Group (@RamseyCars.com) dealerships double-dip on their customers? Or just Ramsey Infiniti and @InfinitiUSA? We’ve been loyal Infiniti customers since 2002. We got to enjoy our new Q50 for all of two weeks before it turned into a representation of an extended middle finger from the staffs of Ramsey Infiniti and Infiniti Financial Services. #RamseyInfiniti #RamseyAutoGroup #InfinitiUSA More

Tiffany car prices: the worst customer service I purchased a lease based on my son's referral, at Ramsey Infiniti where the salesman, Mike VanHouten promised my existing Mazda lease would be PAID I I purchased a lease based on my son's referral, at Ramsey Infiniti where the salesman, Mike VanHouten promised my existing Mazda lease would be PAID IN FULL if I purchased a 2018 Q50, LUXE, 36 month lease from him. My Mazda lease expired September 1, 2018. This was clear as a whistle on the paperwork I presented. The date I was in the dealership was March 28, 2018. When I gave salesman the Mazda lease papers, HE calculated the new lease numbers and the number of remaining payments on the Mazda lease, and promised it would be taken care of by him. ALL remaining Mazda payments would be paid IN FULL by INFINITI once I closed/ signed with Infiniti/ RAMSEY. Additionally, and surprisingly, when I received the car that day, salesman did not know all the ins and outs of operating said car. Made me nervously wonder. Things only got worse from here. OH- Said salesman quit the dealership the day after I signed lease papers. Another bad sign, for sure. OMG!! I later found that the Madza leasemaker, CHASE FINANCE, charged my checking account for a month's payment; this after the INFINITI dealer sent a check for FOUR (4) payments. How could that be, that I got charged for a lease that was closed, paid in full (or so I thought), a month or two previously, I pondered? Well, the RAMSEY salesman calculated it wrong. He should have made FIVE (5) payments to close the lease on the Mazda, and not the FOUR (4) he wrote up. (April, May, June, July AND August). All paperwork was approved up the totem pole of the dealership. Sign here, and sign here and initial there, and again, ... I was told. And stupidly I did, thinking this was a classy place, -- what worries could I have?. SALESMAN MADE AN HONEST MISTAKE WHICH SHOULD BE EASILY CORRECTED, ONE WOULD THINK, AND HONORED BY HIS MANAGEMENT. Call me an idiot for trusting this salesman from Infiniti. He apparently did not know arithmetic, -- that 09012018 was 5 months from the date of the new lease, March 28, 2018. Now, I have to post this factual, extremely negative review to hope against hope the dealership will be honorable and pay me back for that 5th month that was charged to me by CHASE for a lease that was promised to be paid in full by INFINITI. The salesman made a simple calculating error. That is a fact. I am getting a runaround from RAMSEY INFINITI, a runaround that no one could imagine or believe. Low class type runaround, to say the least. If this is how this dealer operates, to all potential INFINITI purchasers I WARN: "Caveat emptor". I paraphrase in English: stay away from this dealership unless you wish to be unfairly and horribly treated. I am receiving, IMHO, schlock treatment from a classy car's dealership. Curiously the car is decent for its class. I got a more or less stripped down luxury car to allow myself to step up to a luxury car class. What happened is I purchased a Tiffany type car and am getting low class, bargain basement, lousy treatment. The fix by RAMSEY MANAGEMENT should be easy as 1,2 3: The manager should honor his salesman's word: to pay the then existing lease, in FULL. Case closed. A simple arithmetic error on the RAMSEY INFINITI salesman's part should not cost this or any customer any time or money or phone calls and emails galore. The only acceptable answer should have been: "Oh sir, WE APOLOGIZE, surely all the paperwork you presented is accurate and we goofed. Here is your refund for that missed payment!" But no. This is not what is happening, as I am getting a royal runaround. I am told: "Your son Mike is working with Mike VanHouten on this. I can give you the # for Infiniti Financial if you need it. 1-800-627-4437". ================================== I called that number and only robots were asking me questions. I said: Representative and was switched to robot that indicated there is no one to speak with. So here I am: Am I to make calls to INFINITI to straighten things out? No classy place would ever in a million years expect a customer to work this hard for money owed said customer because of a dealership's salesman's clerical error. Sooooo, One last time-- for this review regarding Ramsey Infiniti: Let the buyer beware. More
