Purchased a Certified QX60 Hybrid I was in the market for a 3-row SUV which would get better than 15 mpg. My research found that Infiniti made a QX60 hybrid, rated at 28mpg on the highway. I did a search for a QX60 hybrid and I located 2 at Ramsey Infiniti. The first one was more $ than I wanted to spend and then Ryan suggested that we look at the Certified used model. We drove it and negotiated a price. There were a few items that needed to be addressed before took delivery and Ryan stayed on top of each one and ensured they were completed as promised. He was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The only thing I would I warn people about who buy a CPO vehicle from Ramsey Infiniti is to be prepared to $499.00 to have them prep the vehicle for delivery. That was the only negative in the entire purchase process and despite that, I would recommend this dealership and especially Ryan as a salesperson. More

My sales guy, Joseph was very pleasant to deal with. He was very attentive, and tried to get me into my car as fast as he could. Overall, the whole process was good but could've been a little quicker. More

Due to a stone hitting the windshield before I took delivery of the car, the windshield had to be replaced. I live over 100 miles from the Ramsey dealership. Willy was able to secure an arrangement for me to have the windshield replaced locally so that it wasn't necessary to make the lengthy trip to Ramsey. More
