Upon walking in, Ryan made the process extremely easy and relaxed. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered my 36 questions in detail and with a smile. He recommended I test drive multiple options so I could get a better idea of what I like and was very conversational, professional, and happy during these drives. I needed time to think things over and Ryan provided me more than enough information, support, and time to make an educated and proper decision for myself. When it came time to purchase and pickup my new Q50, Ryan went above and beyond to save me time and explain everything.
