It was time for me to roll over my lease. Ramsey had given me great service on my M37 (bought elsewhere) and so I gave them a shot. The experience was superlative from start to finish. The salesperson (Mahdi) was prompt getting to me on the floor and was both knowledgable and courteous from the start of the process - he was definitely not too pushy, but just right in getting me to where I needed to be - a test drive of the G37 Coupe. We had a great ride and he let me push the sports capacity of the vehicle (as I needed to do). Went back the next morning after checking Consumer Reports (they loved the G37). The deal was done quickly and to the satisfaction of all. I was able to get to the price I wanted and the dealer seemed happy also. Jesse Giordano was terrific in the Closer role. Paperwork and a happy couple out the door and on the road in about 2 hours total. Really good experience. James (Sales Manager) was also very professional. I still recommend the dealership. More

I had been contacted by other dealerships and actually was considering a lower priced car, now that I am retired.But since others were offering me "such a great deal", I thought, since the last lease deal was such a positive experience, I would contact Alex first and see what he could do for me.He actually remembered me, which was surprising. He came in with a price that was good but still not affordable to me.He asked me to come in and speak with him.I explained my situation and limits. Although I was quite firm in my budget, he worked very hard to meet them more than satisfactorily. He got me into a car that I loved, a color I liked, with all the extras I wanted.-for a price that I could afford. I was ecstatic! After connecting my phone to the Bluetooth, he spent over an hour working on problems with my phone connecting to Pandora (since I was SO upset that Infinity no longer allows CDs to be burned to the hard drive :( this was so I could still listen to music I enjoyed . He worked closely with a technician (also very helpful and accommodating) to make sure everything was in proper working order before I left.This attention to detail and supreme customer service, is what would make me come back for yet another Infinity when my lease is up. I must also say that my dealings with the service department from the top down to the clerks and excellent repair people, have been equally positive. They are always accommodating, highly professional,l helpful and friendly. Although Ramsey Infinity is not the closest dealership to me, they are head and shoulders-the BEST! More
