I went in to buy a used Infiniti and trade in my '06 Infiniti. After going on a test drive with Matt and discussing payments he opened my mind up to leasing- something I have never considered before. My new FX35 was delivered with a broken fog lamp. I asked for lighted door sills and was told that they were not available even though this is a dealer installed item. When there was a problem with the service department, Matt did not return my calls. The service department also did not return my calls. I asked for management to get in touch with me and they did not return my calls. I would never buy another car from this dealership. More
