WILLY and JAY are wonderful to deal with and exceeded our expectation from a luxury dealership. We have two boys, and wanted to replace our MDX with the JX. This JX is our 5th new car. Overall, we had good experiences from the ones we PURCHASED FROM, but THIS TIME, everything EXECEEDED our expectation (this could raise our future expectation as well :) Willy was very knowledgeable on Infiniti product, pleasant and explaining features and specs in detail - VERY supportive. My wife and I really enjoyed dealing with him. Willy even did EXTRA and made a special arrangement with my wife putting a BIG Golden bow and balloon to surprise me on the day for the delivery, which was my birthday :) Jay was also very friendly and supportive. We had an minor issue, and he was willing to think from our perspectives and tried his best for the best solution. We had our expectations from a luxury dealership, and Willy and Jay set our NEW standards. We highly recommend them for your next Infiniti!!!!! More

Great experience in a long time. Willy was very helpful as well as knowledgeable, it was as if I was buying a car from a friend. Went there to purchase an FX35 used but look very new and was in excellent as well as knowledgeable, it was as if I was buying a car from a friend. Dealership sold me ding/dent protection when I leased my car. Now they're refusing to remove marks from my bumper saying plastic is not covered-- just metal.
