I was looking for a new lease, and first shopped around on the internet to see who was offering the best deal. I spoke with Daimah in the internet sales department who took her time to go over the specifi on the internet to see who was offering the best deal. Upon entering the dealership I was very satisfied with the attentiveness of the staff, the customer service was outstanding. Previously I had been shopping around for about a month and was able to get the best deal from Ramsey Infiniti. Ralph was my sales person and he was also great and very professional. Everything went very smooth! Overall I was very satisfied with my purchase and I am so happy that I decided to go with this dealership. I started the day not intending to purchase a car for months and after I walked into Ramsey Infiniti I was racing back the same day to purchase my first new car. I could not have asked for a better experience; as a young (unexperienced in cars) woman; I was nervous of having a pushy sales manager that would sell me items I did not need but I received the complete opposite from Freddy. He was professional and had patience with me to explain every step of the way so I felt comfortable and secure with my purchase. From Sheila who answered the phone at my initial call at 9:02am to Freddy to the financial manager (Chan?); I was completely blown away by the friendliness, professionalism and positive atmosphere that Ramsey Infiniti has. I can not rave enough about the wonderful experience I had and am positive I will not be going anywhere else for my future car purchases. I can start by saying that this is the 5th Infiniti that I purchased or leased form Ramsey Infiniti. I just leased my 5th car which was an M37X and I love it. There are other Infiniti dealers that are much closer to where I live, but I choose to keep going back to Ramsey Infiniti becaues of Tihomir and Khalid. When I'm there I feel like family. They treat me with respect, there are very honest and they always give me the best deal they can. I actually enjoy going there and discussing the car and making a deal. They tell me everything I need to know about the car in and out. They answer every question that I have and they never rush me or try to force me into any deals. They give me all the information I need and then leave it up to me. They never say anything like I must sign today to get the deal. It's always go home think about it, discuss it with your wife and let us know. Never any pressure. I really enjoy dealing with them. As I said this is 5th Ifiniti from Ramsey Infiniti and I have never had any problem with them. They do exactly what they say they will, no surprizes and I like that. They also have a great service department. I only service my cars at their dealership, even for a simple oil change. Over the years I have never had a problem with the service department either. They give the best service you can ask for. They give you a loaner whenever the service may take a while and make you feel right at home if you wait there for the serice to be done.For me Ramsey Infiniti, Tihomir and Khalid are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. I had a great experience at this dealership. My initial salesperson quoted me the wrong price (a lower price). I raised the issue with a manager, J.D.
