By far the best experience at a car dealership. The entire staff was polite and knowledgeable about all cars. They listened to my budget/needs and came up with the best car for me. I purchased a used car from the dealership. The sales associate that helped me (Anthony Orrigo) had a tremendous wealth of knowledge about the vehicle I purchased. Thus making my experience fast and painless. There was a small glitch with the driver side power seat and Anthony was able to trouble shoot and take care of the problem. With that gesture I feel he went above his duty as a salesman and I was greatly appreciated. I was extremely impressed and pleased with all of the individuals I dealt with at Ramsey Infiniti. They made the purchase of my vehicle as pleasurable as car purchasing can be. I went to this dealer right after visiting another high-end dealer further north on Route 17. What a pleasant surprise Ramsey Infiniti offered! Instead of the arrogant, "you're-lucky-if-we-allow-you-t high-end dealer further north on Route 17. What a pleasant surprise Ramsey Infiniti offered! Instead of the arrogant, "you're-lucky-if-we-allow-you-to-buy-a-car-from-us," attitude that I encountered elsewhere, at Ramsey Infiniti the sales people and management were knowledgeable, friendly, and not arrogant or overly pushy at all. I was impressed with their product knowledge-both of Infiniti products, ond of the competitive products (BMW, Acura) that I was also considering. Matt was my salesman, and he did a great job of presenting the Infiniti G37x sedan that I ultimately purchased. He suggested a test drive, and it was actually fun! Matt was patient with my questions, and did an excellent job of explaining the leasing and financing options available to me. After working with Matt, I decided to skip my planned visit to a competing dealership, and buy the G37x that day. to I would recommend Ramsey infiniti, and Matt Moskal, to my family and friends, without hesitation. We worked on the price of the 2012 G37xS and before we agreed on the price I asked if he could throw in the spoiler and he said he could not do it because it cost $1500. Really???? a spoiler for $1500???? I told him I won't do the deal unless the spoiler was included. He then said that we could do the spoiler for $700.00 and I accepted. As we were filling out the BUYERS ORDER, I asked him to call me when we have the approval before doing anything. After we left, he has never gave me the BUYERS ORDER. After a week with out calling me regarding the financial approval we decided not to go for it. We called the dealership and explained to him that we don't want the car anymore and he refuse to give my deposit because he said that the spoiler has been installed. How does that make sense. I've asked Anthony to give me a call when they got an approval for me. I did not get a call and/or email and I feel I was not treated and disrespected. I explained when signing the BUYERS ORDER (WHICH IS NOT A BINDING CONTRACT), I asked ANTHONY to call me about my approval. After the discussion about not getting my REFUND, the dealership bombarded me with calls after calls for me to pick up the car. You do not know how frustrated I am. This dealership does not live up to the standards of LUXURY! They refuse to give me a full refund and bombard me with calls to pick up the car. After this horrible experience, I went off and got myself a TRUE LUXURY CAR from BMW and treated correctly. I will report this to Infiniti Corp and BBB. BUYERS BEWARE! EITHER GO TO ANOTHER INFINITI DEALER OR FIND YOUR SELF A TRUE LUXURY CAR. More
