I went to Ramsey Infiniti after a disappointing experience at another dealership. I was looking for a CPO EX35 and saw one on their site that I liked. Things were off to a good start, and although I was pessimistic, I actually had a very pleasant and FUN time negotiating the deal with him. I walked out with what I thought was a very fair deal for the car, and instead of feeling stressed by the process, I felt like I had just hung out with a friend for awhile...he was great! Alex is professional, organized, likable and amazingly knowledgeable about the cars and their options. He was honest, sincere and unlike any car salesman I have ever met (most of them make you feel like you need to shower once you're done with them), but not him :) I truly felt like I had a friend at the dealership and appreciate how he went the extra mile for me and made sure everything was perfect. I am taking the time to write this review because Tihomir Tenev was an exceptional salesperson. After the test drive, he went right to work with his manager to strike the right deal for me. I appreciated the fact that the manager did NOT approach me with high pressure sales tactics. Once we agreed on the terms of the cash deal, Tihomir worked quickly to ensure all paperwork was completely accurate,called my insurance company for me, and to top it all off, after the deal was done, he took the time out of his day to deliver my new car to my office, 80 miles away! I just got off the phone with one of their female service rep, I can't remember her name but I sure do remember that I will never ever recommend others to do business with this dealership. I wanted to get genuine Infiniti OEM part installed at this dealership since it was the closest so i called them to find out the cost. The first thing this service lady asked me was did you get the car from us? Unfortunately, ramsey infiniti sales department is full of low ballers so as a customer I got it from different dealership with so much better offer. This lady then stated they can't install any other parts on my car since it's not from them. How ridiculous. Ok so she's simply stating If i originally got my car from California and I'm currently in Jersey then I have to ship the freakin car all the way to california and get it serviced? I already posted this story on one of the biggest infiniti forum along with dealership name and every other info. They don't have to install if they don't want to and it's up to them to lose the business. went online looking for used scion for my daughter. found two at ramsey infiniti on www.lemonfree.com for $9999.95 but when I clicked link it went to dealer website at 11,777.00. They said they list same car on different websites at different prices at the same time which I thought was a little shady. We got their an hour later and was told the 2008 scion was sold and the 2006 scion was at another lot and not at the dealership. When I asked to see something showing they sold the 2008 scion in the last hour they got real nasty. Bait and Switch??? They advertise a used car they don't have to try to sell an older car for same money? The positive outcome is I drove out of their lot and right into the VW dealer next to them and bought a good used Jetta for a few thousand dollars less than the scion. I was shopping for a G37 sedan and my first stop was Fette Infiniti (since its the closest Infiniti Dealership to me). They said the price that they quoted me did not include taxes and motor vehicle. I walked out and went right over to Ramsey Infiniti where I was immediately greeted by Matthew. He did a great job going over all of the features, even things that Fette never mentioned to me (example: hard drive to store music, XM and weather/traffic).Matthew was very upfront with me when showing me the numbers and explained everything in detail. When I went into the Finance office I was expecting to hear a different number then what Matthew told me but to my suprise they were nothing like Fette and everything Matthew told me was accurate. Matthew did a great job setting up my phone and navigation. I even received a Thank You card a few days later from Matthew. I would highly recommend Matthew and Ramsey Infiniti. More
