Came into the dealership for my scheduled appointment with a loaner. Upon arrival and assessment I was told no loaners available, even though appointment was made well in advance. This has happened to me with a loaner. Upon arrival and assessment I was told no loaners available, even though appointment was made well in advance. This has happened to me on MULTIPLE occasions and I was furious. The only reason I wasn’t as pissed in this case was Nuno, the gentlemen who helped me. He was polite, knowledgeable, and offered solutions (on different occasions the personnel were green and unprofessional stumbling on their words). Nuno apologized for the inconvenience and offered to reach out to me once a loaner was available. He followed through and offered a discount on final bill as well. Handled the situation very well. Over all very satisfied. More

They had my car for 7 weeks to start things off. All that was getting done was an oil change and a new tire. They lied to me and drove my car 168 miles on 4th of July weekend(I found out from the odometer an was getting done was an oil change and a new tire. They lied to me and drove my car 168 miles on 4th of July weekend(I found out from the odometer and ez pass. I didn’t press charges and just wanted to be done with Ramsey Infiniti but had to bring it there a few months later because of my tire and didn’t have time to go to Pepe over the bridge. I’ve been a customer with Ramsey Infiniti for over 12 years and bought 3 cars myself and my father has 6 from them. We never had a problem until they changed management and Phil left. After having my car for the seven weeks I went to pick it up when they said it was ready and my oil change was somehow $495 upon further investigation I realize that they went ahead and gave me a brand new brakes when I did not authorize that and the ones they replaced were at over 4 mm the service manager name Tom told me I had to give him the cash and return the loaner to avoid him reporting it stolen which made no sense to me since I was asking to speak to a higher up since it was not right to lie to me many times about when the car would be ready and take seven weeks for oil change and tire and then put on brakes that I did not need or want. When I left the infinity dealership after handing Tom $500 in cash my car was shaking immediately and I turned around but the service department was closed I spoke to a few people in sales since it was now at 7 PM and took the day off of work to show up at 7 AM the next morning to figure out why my car was there for seven weeks and still is not drivable. The higher up guy named Dave was beyond rude and incompetent he did not want to issue me any money back told me that I authorized it via a text message that he couldn’t prove or show me since I’ve been in Infiniti owner since I was 16 I’ve never replaced my brakes at 4 mm. I waited from seven in the morning until about 830 when they told me the car was good to go and that they forgot to balance the new tire upon leaving the car was still vibrating and shaking when she was never doing in three years I’ve owned it. I had to bring it back to them and wait until about 11 o’clock when the nice service manager named Mario went on a test drive with me and told the service managers that it was shaking at the tires and they needed to be rebalanced and road forced Which should have been done already the fact that the service managers don’t know anything about Infiniti cars is very troubling the guy named Luke seem to only know about jaguars and kept using them as a reference when it’s a completely different machine. I had to call my father and get him on the phone with the guy Dave because he was beyond rude to me and was going to leave me without a drivable car if you guys can please give me a call I would like to explain this further thank you.
