I go back to Ramsey Infiniti for service because of two individuals. The service technicians - Tom Jacob and Luke Incognito are fair and customer focused. The people are very nice when they help you. It is not about the character or the advisor or employees. It is about the operational process. Three times I asked for a loaner. All three times it was c about the character or the advisor or employees. It is about the operational process. Three times I asked for a loaner. All three times it was confirmed. All three times I did not get a loner. The first two times I left and asked them to call me when loaners were available. Never received a call. Finally I realized I would not get one. I just decided to get the service done during this pandemic and just be done with Infiniti as a brand given the weak support network. I will not be returning to the brand nor the dealer. Their employees try but clearly management and operational process requires improvement. It’s a shame and no wonder why the Nissan struggles currently. More
Overall great experience. Would have given 5 stars except that they tried to slip in a certified fee for $1300. I caught it at the very last minute and thankfully they took it off. Basically they tried to charge me $1300 for “Certifying” the car, even though they were selling the car as Pre-Certified. Wish they hadn’t done that, otherwise it was a great experience all around. Service was alright at this dealership. I felt like they were trying to charge me for something that should not have been charged for in a car that had extremely low mileage. They ultimately did fix it, but were trying to charge me for something that should not have been charged for in a car that had extremely low mileage. They ultimately did fix it, but I wound up having to make several hour long trips back and forth.I love Infiniti cars, but service needs to make me want to buy. ( my Cadillac dealership was over the top service and that is a consideration when it is time for my new car in February) More
