It was the first time I’ve done leasing this way so I must confess that I felt skeptical about this method of leasing, sight unseen. The car was to be delivered to my home, and my expired leased car returned for me. With the price quoted it seemed to be to good to be true. Both gentlemen who arrived with the new car were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The paperwork was prepared and thoroughly explained. The car presentation was detailed and all questions answered with a smile. I’m so happy with my new leased Infiniti QX50. It is beautiful and came exactly as promised. This was the best deal in the tristate area but the outstanding part was that everything was done from the comfort of my home. This is the future of leasing and I love it! Thank you Ramsey Infiniti for for an excellent experience including a fabulous deal. I highly recommend your dealership to others. More

Ramsey Infiniti....Look no further Due to the pandemic I started my car hunt a bit later than I'd like too as my lease was coming to an end. Very few dealers were getting back to me via mail or even phone, so I had to hit the road. My game plan was to shop around and feel where the market was not necessarily jumping into anything.... that was until I walked into Ramsey Infiniti! Walking in I was greeted immediately at the reception desk and was allowed to stroll around the showroom. After a few minutes I was greeted by Damion Lawrence a Relationship Manager who was all smiles (I could tell even behind his mask)! What was great is he didn't try to sell me anything, he just listened to what I was looking for. While I was looking to get back into a Q50 similarly equipped to what I currently had, Damion worked with me towards other opportunity. He was able to put me into a well-equipped QX60, which I honestly though I couldn't get into reasonably. A great price, which was an incredible deal from a fantastic Relationship Manager. Damion is the real deal, doesn't rush you, listens for your needs and goes to work on putting the best deal possible. Also, just to add the two boxes of M&M's, one on each side for my kids was bow on top (my kids went crazy)! I also don't want to take away from the rest of the team at Ramsey Infiniti. They are all class acts and helped make this a great experience. If you are in the market for a premium brand vehicle you owe it to yourself to pay them a visit. More

When I arrived at Infiniti, I was told it would take a little over an hour for my car to have an oil change and general maintenance. I proceed to wait in the lobby for 2 hours before asking where my car w little over an hour for my car to have an oil change and general maintenance. I proceed to wait in the lobby for 2 hours before asking where my car was. I was ignore by multiple employees and the whole building seemed to not know what was going on and was disorganized. After 15 minutes of waiting for a response, I was told my car would be finished in 15 more minutes. After the allotted time was up, I went to look around and see if my car was being pulled up, however it was not. No one came up to me and relayed its status, I was completely being ignored. When I called I was told 5 more minutes as my car was in the wash. By this time multiple people were asking if I was being helped but still no one did anything to speed up the process. I waited 3 hours for my car to have an oil change and General maintenance and was treated with terrible customer service. More
