Disappointing that I requested tire rotation, which I was charged for, but it wasn’t performed. Had to bring car back to service garage to have it done. I came in to lease a vehicle- I was Not welcomed or properly greeted by the receptionist . When I continued to stand there , she finally asked if I needed anything. Typically, I'd expect to be acknowledged if not welcomed when entering a new car dealership. Not here ! She seemed annoyed she had to stop texting to help me. I did the par use the floor and look at the vehicles. My New lease of QX60 was delivered with pieces of torn plastic still attached to accessories, the inside carpet still dirty from test drives . Not what I anticipated from Infinity. Next time will go to another dealership and if their sales here and treatment of customers is indication of how they treat customers - I will start looking now for a dealer to service the car as I won't be coming here . Upon hearing a strange sound on my XQ60 I drove to Ramsey Infiniti without an appt. At the service dept.
