Service: i has scheduled a service, with a loaner, well in a week in advance to get my tires done as per recommendation after getting my oil change. I brought my car in and they told me there were no loane in a week in advance to get my tires done as per recommendation after getting my oil change. I brought my car in and they told me there were no loaners available. I then rescheduled a second time with a loaner a week out. I again arrived and was told there were no loaners available. TERRIBLE! Twice this happened I don’t think there is an excuse for this. I would have much rather been told a loaner wasn’t available prior to my arrival as a courtesy, so that I could have planned my day accordingly. Phil was the only person I really like in that department but he hasn’t been in. Also! When I received my car back, Ann hour later the low pressure tire light went on. Pretty redicculous. More
