It was only after she asked why I had been waiting for over an hour, he finally came out of his cubicle to speak to me. This is my fourth Infiniti and I have never had to wait this long. No follow up My son brought the car to have the bumper looked at for paint. Got an email with a link that night to look at cost of additional work.
