Sales rep have a bad rep to be sneaky and not trustworthy, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that my experience was nothing but extremely satisfactory. My first interactions with Dennis, he understood where I needed to be financially, he was totally transparent and made it happened. I also want add that this was done over the phone, so there was no back and forth and time spent in the dealer which can be dreadful. All I had to do is show up, sign and drive. He answered my questions and I went for a test drive. I informed him I would not make a decision that day. I personally like a day to think about something before making a decision. We negotiated a price and I was not pressured into making a decision immediately. I especially dislike doing business with anyone who says the price is only good for now. I was deciding between the QX60 and the Cadillac XT5. I’m very happy with the QX60 and dealership. More
