Oil change only with maintenance check I was told my car would be washed and vacuumed after yet it was not done. When the guy pulled it around and thanked me to send me on my way I looked I was told my car would be washed and vacuumed after yet it was not done. When the guy pulled it around and thanked me to send me on my way I looked in car and it was not vacuumed at all. My dad who was with me said it wasn’t washed either because he saw bird droppings still on it. I pointed this out and he made a comment about how the car arrived late to the shop. I was 8 minutes late due to traffic on 17. I had to come from Leonia where Infiniti went out of business. I didn’t like how he told me one thing in beginning and because it took so long and maybe they forgot or wanted to wrap up for day, then says another thing at end. He did end up taking it back for the service to do the wash. More
