Willy could not have been more professional, accommodating, kind, and I was overall given excellent customer service by him. Willy made sure I was kept comfortable by offering water and snacks for my granddaughter, while my paperwork was being done. When pick up time came my car was pristine inside and out. Willy took the time to go over all the features of the car as well as taking the liberty to schedule my first service appointment.
