My experience with my daughter's G37 2011 Ramsey has your back. My daughter's car needed an ECM. It was installed before she went off to college. But when she got there the push start problem Ramsey has your back. My daughter's car needed an ECM. It was installed before she went off to college. But when she got there the push start problem was still there. We had the car towed 30 miles to another dealership in Ellicott City MD. The car was in that shop for one month when the tech finally found the problem. Given the loss of use and the cost of the repair Ramsey agreed to pay for the repairs and the towing. Incredible. No other dealership would have agreed to have our backs like Ramsey. Work with Phil Occhino the service manager and you will be in good hands. More

The manager Sam, salesman Eric, and the financial person(sorry forget his name) made my experience absolutely amazing. They even gave me some of their pizza as I was absolutely starving.
