Won’t take responsibility for anything My wheel fell off car while driving! After my car was towed to the dealership they instantly were trying to come up with reasons they shouldn’t be res My wheel fell off car while driving! After my car was towed to the dealership they instantly were trying to come up with reasons they shouldn’t be responsible. After some back and forth they decided that it’s the fault of a third party that rotated my tires nine months prior. I then looked through paperwork of previous services I had at this facility and found that they to broke 3 bolts while doing a routine rotation. Who’s to say that they didn’t damage the threads on the wheel hub and ultimately caused this to happen. After writing a review on google the owner told me to take my business elsewhere! Real professional. I did take my business elsewhere and won’t be working with this dealer or any other Infiniti dealer for that matter. This was my second Infiniti and was planning on getting another but I will not be any longer. More
