Disappointed I have bought two cars here and had all my service for both vehicles done here. First time I’ve been disappointed. Needed a good bit of work done to my car and was near impossible to get any one to work with my work schedule. Dishonest or Incompetent Service Center I brought my car in for service to fix the A/C and another issue. Infiniti was given permission to assess the problem and they charged for this which I brought my car in for service to fix the A/C and another issue. Infiniti was given permission to assess the problem and they charged for this which is fine. They came back to me saying that the A/C needed a new compressor but that they were not saying that is all that it needed. They added that after they changed the compressor they would further assess if it needed anything else. I brought the car home to my mechanic and he found that all it needed was a "relay switch" and A/C is now working. More
