Disappointed Made appt for 7:30am. Dropped car off night before. Called for status at 1pm. Never got a call back. Called again at 6:30pm. Car hadn’t been looked at Made appt for 7:30am. There was barely an apology. There was no attempt to compensate the inconvenience. The excuse was that another location closed and they were overwhelmed. That’s fine but a call would’ve been appreciated as a heads up. The resolution was “if you want to bring back the car again we can try and squeeze you in”. Huh? I had an appointment and the car hadn’t been looked at at all and you want me to bring the car back in hopes that you can squeeze me in? Poor customer service period. We have been going here for years and it’s unfortunate, especially since we have 2 infiniti’s More
