Good service but I came in for a quick oil change and there seemed to be confusion with the service rep assisting me. She must have approached a different customer instead of me since on my multi-inspection report, it states I declined a service. I was never asked about this service so I couldn't have declined it. At checkout, the service rep checked out the wrong woman (not me) for my vehicle. After I cleared up the confusion by the service rep, I then checked out. Service reps should ensure they have the correct customer when discussing needed work on the vehicle as well as checkout. The oil change was fine! More
