I bought a new 2025 cx mazda from Elena. She is a wonderful person to deal with as well as everyone else. I initially had no intention of buying a Mazda, but I figured why not look. I was surprised at how much value for the money one gets. i hate black, but wound up getting black interior. It isn't just flat black but had character to it and my wife and daughters liked it. The family decided I needed to slow down on the road so I didn't go for a test drive, I just didn't get the turbo version. It's a 4 cyl. and has enough pep but is far from a rocket ship. The people at Ramey Mazda are a delight to deal with and know their car and the competition's as well. Chris ( IT person )explained everything to me. I went back a week later to ask more questions primarily because I am too lazy to read the manual and he was very patient with me.. Donovan Lau ( the check out guy who collects the money) is a professional in every sense of the word. All I can say is that buying any car from Anybody has never been as pleasurable an experience as it was from Ramsey Mazda because of these three individuals, Elena in sales, Chis in IT, and of course Donovan the money man. Also, I forgot that I traded in my car a 2020 Audi S6. It was so easy and painless that I even forgot I did so. The people and this dealership have been wonderful so far. My wife sat in the car last night to go for dinner and had a positive comment to make, but on the way home she sat in the back and my daughter sat up front. My wonderful wife of 46 years, exclaimed with great surprise that her knees didn't even touch the seat in front of her. That was music to my ears. I have been very pleased so far with my purchase and the folks that I met at the dealership. More
