From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the receptionist. I was introduced to my sales consultant, Elena Dacosta, met General Manager James Sabini, finalized financing with Donovan Lau, and received a full vehicle walkthrough from Christopher Tejada. Every single person I interacted with made the process seamless and genuinely enjoyable. You always hear stories about dealerships being pushy or not having your best interest in mind, but this was the complete opposite. The entire team operates with transparency, kindness, and professionalism. I never once felt pressured. Elena went above and beyond, she walked me through all of my options (including pre-owned vs. a 2026 CX-5), helped me get my insurance set up, and answered every question I had along the way. I traveled over an hour and a half to get here, and it was 100% worth it. I will absolutely be returning in the future. Thank you A MILLION to this incredible team! More

This is a second Mazda I have purchased from the dealership. I know the term transparent is overused these days, but they really are transparent in their dealings.
