Prior to my visit at Ramsey Mazda, I went to another dealership who could not execute what I was looking for. I decided to go to Ramsey per a recommendation I had received regarding how their experience dealership who could not execute what I was looking for. I decided to go to Ramsey per a recommendation I had received regarding how their experience was. From the second I stepped foot in the door, I was straight forward and honest with what I was looking for and price range I was firm with. Elena jumped right in and tackled every bullet point I had. In no time Elena had a list of vehicles that fell within what I was looking for and she gave honest opinions without any added pressure. As a perk, she was previously a technician at Ramsey Mazda, so she was able to add further explanation on any mechanical questions I had. I felt heard and comfortable working with Elena. I could not recommend her enough for anyone on the market for a Mazda. Added bonus is that she is extremely personable! I also have to mention the finance/business manager, Donovan. He exceeded my expectations when it came to a final financial monthly payment. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was another employee who makes you feel welcome and heard. No added pressure. If you want people who won’t spew nonsense or pressure you into a big purchase, highly recommend you ask for Elena & Donovan to help you out! More
