To be quite honest , this was one of the easiest car purchases ever! I called Eric Taylor, and unfortunately he had a family emergency and was not at work. However , he still texted me and said he would purchases ever! I called Eric Taylor, and unfortunately he had a family emergency and was not at work. However , he still texted me and said he would have someone contact me. Sure enough, I met with Ricky who was absolutely phenomenal! He was so easy to work with and very kind and professional! He was also very funny which I truly loved! The process was easy, especially since I have been there many times to take other friends and family to purchase their cars. I ended up getting a Black on Black CX-5 and it’s gorgeous! I then met with Donavan who is as professional as they come. This was the 4th time in less than a year that we have processed paperwork together. He is truly a gentleman and he cares for his customers! I then met with Chris, who in my opinion should give a Master Class to all of the other dealerships from all brands of cars on how to teach a new customer about all of the features of their new car! He is so knowledgeable about Mazda and other cars that it left me totally impressed. He was able to have me compare the features on my 2020 Pilot to my new CX-5 without hesitation! His presentation was flawless! This dealership is truly one of a kind! More
