I must say that the customer experience at Ramsey Mazda has always been good, but today was truly exceptional! I went today to have my car serviced and while I was waiting I decided to purchase the car outright. The lease was ending and the car is in excellent shape. Eric took me to see Donovan Lau, the Business Manager and he was just phenomenal! He took care of all of the details for me and searched for the best rate out there for me with many different banks. In addition, I was not up charged for items or had any document fees or hidden fees whatsoever! So many dealers do this now to take advantage of their customers, but not Donovan! It was truly the best experience I have ever had among the 23 cars I have owned in my lifetime. I highly recommend Ramsey Mazda and their entire team, but especially Eric Taylor, Donovan Lau and Todd in the service area. More
