I already knew exactly what I wanted, and let Chris know ahead of time that I already went to another dealership so was looking to see if Ramsey could beat my already negotiated price. He made the process super easy and did not tease me with any sales back and forth. We were able to agree on a number for a lease and he was able to beat my expectations. No games, no waiting for a manager to approve for hours - just an easy lease deal. More

I've had the best car purchasing experience of my life. And it's not like every previous experience was bad - not at all, but Ramsey team did surpass them by some margin. Some things you kind of take for granted - friendly and professional attitude, lack of pressure, genuine respect for the kind of cars they sell, etc - once you realize you need to compare Mazda's dealership experience to what you expect to get at other luxury brands (and i've bought 2 luxury germans in the past, so can compare). What put this experience apart from others was multiple people I interacted with went above and beyond for me, when they absolutely didn't have to, and I benefited from such attitude.
