This review follows a 5-star review I left for Ramsey Mazda. The salesperson, Rocky Dunn, errored when registering my car and requested new license plates, which costs more; I had asked to transfer plat Mazda. The salesperson, Rocky Dunn, errored when registering my car and requested new license plates, which costs more; I had asked to transfer plates from a different car. I'm giving 2-stars now because he acknowledged the error, but he would not refund the additional cost of getting new plates. The sales manager initially said that I would not be refunded for the error because it was too late to fix the error - he eventually transferred the decision-making authority to the salesperson. This does not make sense because the decision affects the entire dealership; the salesperson's decision to not reimburse me for the error does not necessarily align with the goal of the dealership. More
