I called ahead because I live a distance from the dealership and I didn’t want to waste a trip. Eric made it worth the drive. I found the exact car I was looking for and made arrangements to pick it up later in the week, after a few minor modifications were completed. Eric made the whole process go very smoothly. He even called a couple days after I picked up the car to check in and make sure there were no issues. I also had a good experience with the finance manager, Donovan. Finalizing the sale was an easy process. Of course he presented additional products for me to purchase (that’s part of the job) but he was not at all pushy, which I appreciated. Ramsey Mazda is 2 hours from my home but I would definitely consider going there again. It was well worth the trip. More
