We just leased a 2021 Mazda CX-9 as our new family car and it was honestly a wonderful experience. Working with Victor was a real pleasure. He walked us through the whole process, described and showed us the different trim levels and recommended a mid tier in the Touring trim that is perfect for our needs. The vehicle is really nice and a perfect mix of style, tech, comfort and the safety features we were concerned about. This is our first 3 row vehicle, so it was nice to hear how Victor’s family uses their own. The manager Jim also lent a hand in customizing our deal, and made things go quickly and smoothly, thanks to him! Even amongst all this COVID-19 craziness, we found the process really easy and safe. From first visit to a return for daytime test drive to vehicle pickup, no problems. My wife also sat with Joe in finance who was really nice and he was able to give me a call and discuss gap coverage on the spot. Shopping for a car is not the most fun experience, but this time was so easy and we genuinely feel like we got a great deal, so I felt compelled to write a review. I called ahead because I live a distance from the dealership and I didn’t want to waste a trip. Eric made it worth the drive. I found the exact car I was looking for and made arrangements to pick it up later in the week, after a few minor modifications were completed. Eric made the whole process go very smoothly. He even called a couple days after I picked up the car to check in and make sure there were no issues. I also had a good experience with the finance manager, Donovan. Finalizing the sale was an easy process. Of course he presented additional products for me to purchase (that’s part of the job) but he was not at all pushy, which I appreciated. Ramsey Mazda is 2 hours from my home but I would definitely consider going there again. It was well worth the trip. More
