Misdiagnosis Went for an oil leak. Basically was told my truck was totaled. Quoted me 5K in work. I went to get a second opinion. The mechanic I brought it to actu Went for an oil leak. The mechanic I brought it to actually cleaned the oil off the truck (something Nissan didn’t do) and said there was not really an issue. Occasionally the vent on the differential leaks when overheated or in 4WD when it shouldn’t be. Nissan took $143 for a very poor diagnosis, the local mechanic didn’t even charge and actually cleaned the truck for me. This is not the first time I’ve had a poor experience here. Rude technicians. Always trying to save a buck for themselves and suck every dime out of the customer. More
